Kirstie
Kirstie ran her first ever half marathon in February, in memory of her mum Lorraine, who she lost in August 2025 after a brave battle with uterine Leiomyosarcoma. Kirstie said that Lorraine was caring, full of love and her best friend. She raised £2,195. We are so proud of you, Kirstie, and we carry Lorraine with us.
The SunDan Festival Team
The Theobald family and their friends brought SunDan Festival back in 2025 and chose LMS Research UK as their charity. The result was a brilliant community event that raised an astonishing £4,151. Thank you for choosing us, and for the generosity of everyone who attended.
Gail
Gail was diagnosed with Leiomyosarcoma in June 2024, and despite an incredibly difficult prognosis, she set up a GoFundMe to raise money for LMS research. Her generosity and determination inspires us! She has raised £7,771.39. Thank you, Gail.
